The Care Center is thankful for the continued support from St. Paul’s. The Care Center still needs can-goods.
In addition to can-goods, the Care Center is also collecting foods to be put into Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, such as stuffing, potatoes, rice, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie mix, vegetables, fruits, and of course, turkeys, hams, and whole chickens. We are expanding our ministry into Indian Land. Every Sunday, we will have an evening service at the Indian Land Recreation Department, across Hwy. 521 from Indian Land High School.
Through this location, we hope to attract people new to the area who might not know that we are located in Fort Mill. There is much growth in this area. There are Episcopalians who have moved from other places, seeking a new church home. On September 19th, we began a class teaching the basics of our faith and our Episcopal traditions. This class, called Foundations of the Christian Faith and Episcopal Church, is a good opportunity for anyone who would like to know more about their faith.It is a good way for long time Episcopalians to renew their faith.
