Mark your calendars now. Bishop Henderson will be visiting St. Paul’s on Sunday, October 26th. When the Bishop visits, he will offer the sacrament of Confirmation. Through Confirmation people baptized as children make an adult affirmation of faith. It is also through Confirmation, that those from other denominations join the Episcopal Church. “Cursillo” is a Spanish word meaning “short course”. A Christian Cursillo is a short course in Christianity. On a Cursillo weekend, participants explore the meaning of their faith. They hear others speak about their own faith and practical steps to grow in their practice and understanding of faith. Lambeth Conference Will Focus On Equipping Bishops For Mission
